We want you to feel absolutely glamorous in your Dressmezee pieces, but if your order isn't quite right, you can return items within 14 days of delivery for a refund or store credit. Please ensure all garments are unworn, unwashed, and still have their original security tags attached.

Package Your Items
Carefully pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all labels and hygiene seals are intact to avoid any deductions.
Ship It Back
Generate your return shipping label through the portal and drop your package off at your nearest authorized courier point.
Receive Your Refund
Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
